Charred Corsican Olives

Simple, Easy, Vegetarian


-AXEL Provisions Mediterranean Herb Seasoning

-1 pack of  Mediterranean Olives (any work)

-Optional Garnish: Rosemary


-Grill or Stove top



1) Place small cast iron skillet on high-medium to high heat on grill or stove top.

2) Toss olives in skillet, add Mediterranean Herb Seasoning to taste, stir olives to cover as much surface area as possible.

3) Stir every 4-5 minutes until char marks begin to appear.

4) Once cooked to liking, place charred Corsican olives in bowl. (Pro Tip: Garnish with rosemary stems)

5) Serve and Enjoy Yourself :)
