-AXEL Traditional Chimichurri
-6-9 Small Bella or Monterey Mushrooms
-Parmigiano Reggiano or Your choice of hard cheese
-Sharp chef knife or Slicing machine
1) Wash mushrooms gently, but thoroughly.
2) Very carefully slice mushrooms thinly
3) Very carefully grate/slice cheese
4) Place sliced mushrooms and then cheese in platter
5) Dress salad with AXEL Traditional Chimichurri
6) Serve and Enjoy Yourself :)
