2 tbsp AXEL Provisions Traditional Chimichurri
1 medium roasted & smashed sweet potato
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose baking flour
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2-1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
Pinch black pepper
1) Heat waffle iron
2) Mix all ingredients until batter forms
